All sales are final.

Although we do not accept returns, we offer a 30-day product guarantee. This guarantee protects against defective hardware, or other issues that may arise as a result of a manufacturing failure. This does not include basic wear and tear or abuse of items.

In the event you believe an item falls into this category, please contact us as soon as possible.

Continental US shipping

At this time we only ship throughout the Continental US. We use the most economical shipping solution possible unless you choose an expedited method.

Local pickup/delivery

Local pickup/delivery is only available in certain parts of Northwest Indiana and is determined based on mutual availability and shop discretion.

Please note: this option may take up to 10 business days or longer depending on current trends.

Please submit your preferred pickup/delivery location within 10 miles of the 46411 zip code, range of dates, and 4-hour time frame to hello@franksharon.com. In the event your request cannot be satisfied, you will be offered the opportunity to receive a shipping invoice, or cancel your order.
